How Colour can help you balance your Chakra's
Why are Chakra’s important?
Chakra’s are the energy centres in our body. They are vitally important to keep our body healthy and energized. And when they are balanced, we are able to deal with our outside world in a healthy way. We feel physically well, emotionally and mentally stable and at peace with the world around us.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means “Wheel or Circle of Light”.
It has been used for thousands of years in eastern philosophy for healing in yoga practice, meditation, Reiki and Thai chi.
And how do chakras work?
Most well-known are the 7 chakras of the body, the first five are aligned with the spine, the 6th is located between the eyebrows and the 7th is just above the crown of the head. And each chakra has its own colour.
The size of the chakra can vary dependant on the person’s individual development. In an underdeveloped person the chakras tend to be small in size, slow in energy movement and dull in colour. In a more conscious and sensitive person they tend to be larger, faster in energy movement and brighter in colour.

In each chakra the energy rhythmically pulsates and circulates through the core of the energy wheel. And in doing so it creates an electromagnetic field, that combined with that of the other chakras creates the auric field. When one or more chakras are dominant, the auric field will dominantly show the colour of this chakra. Modern science has provided us with tools that can measure the colour and energy of each chakra and help us locate imbalance in chakra centres.
Each energy centre has a specific purpose in the heathy functioning of our body and our wellbeing. When the energy flow is restricted, it will cause dis-ease in the body.

Some examples of recent results
One of my lady friends came to me with an imbalanced heart chakra and was suffering from burn-out caused by being unable to set boundaries. And she felt very unhappy about still being single. After using the essential oils, she needed for 3 weeks she was able to take action on setting boundaries and she found the love of her life.
A recent client lost her husband and was suffering from sleep deprivation, grief and panic attacks. After the chakra balancing and the use of essential oils, she is now able to sleep well, has no panic attacks anymore and is feeling emotionally more stable and able to deal with the grief.
Personally I have benefited most from working with the Heart Chakra bottle and the Throat Chakra bottle. They helped me to express my feelings in a respectful way and to speak up and express my needs in a way that it can be received.
